Shannon is a qualified lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in corporate law and compliance. She is an Executive Director of national corporate advisory firm Emerson CoSec, and is currently company secretary to a number of ASX listed companies, with a strong focus on resources.
Shannon is an experienced company director and Chartered Secretary, and a graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors course. She is a past recipient of the West Australian Women in Mining scholarship and was selected for the AICD Chairman’s Mentoring Program.
